v    We believe that the lord Jesus Christ, God’s only son, was conceived of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, dead, buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, and is true God and true man.

v    We believe in the bible, in its entirety to be the inspired word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.

v    We believe on the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.

v    We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

v    We believe in sanctification through the word of god by the Holy Spirit and in personal, holiness of heart and life.

v    We believe in divine healing through faith in the name of Jesus Christ and that healing is included in the atonement.

v    We believe in water baptism, the baptism in the holy spirit as distinct from the new birth, in the speaking of tongues as the spirit God gives utterance (Acts2 : 4) in the gifts of the spirit, and with the evidence of the fruit of the spirit. We believe all are available to the believer

v    We believe in the Christian’s hope, the soon coming, personal return to the Lord Jesus.

v    We believe in evangelism and missionary work in accordance with the great commission (Matt 28: 19).

Definition and identification

v    Love and Faith believes that the church is the Israel of God or spiritual Israel According to Ex. 19: 5 the scripture teaches that God’s original purpose and intent was for Israel to be a holy nation, a kingdom of priests, a peculiar treasure. Acts 7:38 confirms that Israel was the church in the wilderness. Therefore Matt. 28: 19-20 commands us to disciple the nations. In this respect, we are a nation church. Our call is to disciple this nation (then to the nations).

v    The church is called to usher in the Kingdom of God. We believe the Kingdom of God is a present day reality. As a church, we are kingdom bringers. Hence, our work is kingdom bringing and kingdom building.

v    Love and Faith is a kingdom community of believers, bringing forth the evidential lifestyle of the Kingdom of God, giving witness to the king of kings of the kingdom, Jesus Christ, by developing and producing men, women and children (entire families) that will influence impact and infiltrate the nation.
